The Comedy Zone Cool Links awards are judged by any
one of three independent web designers who apply a common
points scoring system for various elements of the design
and content of the sites that are submitted.
All the judges have previously created award winning
sites themselves and each has won a minimum of one of
the world's top rated Internet Awards. All the judges
create web sites on a professional basis and judge these
awards on a part-time basis.
Therefore, award submissions can take a number of weeks
to be reviewed, so please be patient when you submit.
It's better to wait for a good award than be handed a
worthless one on a plate ;o)
